If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the deadline will start from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 30 days, from receiving your item, to let us know that you regret your purchase.
You can only return unused or damaged goods and please make sure to pack the goods you want to return safely and carefully. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice you received when purchasing the product.

How do I shop?
Find the artwork you want to buy and click the "Add to cart" button. Then click on the "Checkout" button in the upper right or press the "View cart" button.
Fill in the customer information, click the "Continue to shipping method" button, select payment form and click on the "Complete order" button.

Why do you need my phone number when filling in customer information?
I need your phone number to send you a text message informing you when your product is on its way, and where it is to be delivered.
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to goods purchases. This means that you have a right to complain for 24 months. Please contact us before shipping. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, money back or a discount in price, depending on the specific situation.
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you advertise within two months after the error is detected, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also, remember to get a shipping receipt, so we can reimburse your shipping costs. When returning the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number and email address.
We record and disclose the personal information needed to deliver the item to you.
The personal data is registered with Wayne ApS, and is stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies only process information on our behalf, and may not use it for their own purposes. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

You have the right to know what information we process about you. If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. For example if your data is no longer needed for the purpose for which we were going to use it.
